摘要

应用加速寿命试验理论对轻武器用非金属材料的寿命试验和使用可靠性进行了分析,确定了轻武器用非金属材料寿命性能的表征参数、加速寿命试验机理,并应用加速退化理论对非金属材料寿命预测试验的指标体系、加速试验模型和结果评估方法进行了分析,为非金属材料寿命预测试验与可靠性评估提供了技术参考。

Abstract

This paper analyzes the life testing and functional reliability of non-metallic materials used in small arms based on the accelerated life testing theory. It identifies the characterization parameters for the lifespan performance of these materials and the mechanisms of accelerated life testing. Furthermore, by applying the accelerated degradation theory, the study examines the indicator system, accelerated testing models, and result evaluation methods for lifespan prediction tests of non-metallic materials. The findings provide technical references for the testing and reliability evaluation of non-metallic material lifespan prediction.
